I am renting out the living room space of my one bdrm apt where I live. You may have the room furnished or empty as you wish. There are 3 room dividers that go across the whole space so that you have privacy. We would share the kitchen and bathroom. The neighborhood is really great right on the Queens/Bklyn border with an easy commute to Manhattan. You have access to the L & M trains and many buses. There are a ton of stores, restaurants, groceries, laundromats and anything you could want right up the block on Myrtle Ave. The street is quiet and the apartment REALLY serene as it's in a courtyard made up of 4 buildings. I do not bring people or parties home. I'm respectful of my roommate and I would hope you would be, also. We don't have to be best friends, just cordial, polite and amicable. I do, however, have TWO CATS, so you MUST love felines!!! I'm very easy to get along with so if you want a nice, DRAMA-FREE environment with only ONE other person to share with, you'll love it here and I can't wait to meet you!!
